Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claim.
  • The return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Products returned without original packaging or proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Consumable products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.
Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full/partial refund based on the issue.
Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
